General Questions:

What material are the wristbands made of?
We only use the highest quality 100% silicone, which is a synthetic material.

Can I purchase just one wristband?
All wristband pack sizes are noted in the descriptions.  Some are packed in 10 packs, 5 packs and individual packs.

What size are the wristbands? Adult size- 203 mm (8 in) circumference x 12 mm (0.47 in) width x 2.1 mm (0.08 in) thickness
Medium size - 190 mm (7.5 in) circumference x 12 mm (0.47 in) width x 2.1 mm (0.08 in) thickness
Youth size- 180 mm (7 in) circumference x 12 mm (0.47 in) width x 2.1 mm (0.08 in) thickness
Child size - 152 mm (6 in) circumference x 12 mm (0.47 in) width x 2.1 mm (0.08 in) thickness
We suggest ordering the youth size if you have a small wrist or like to wear your band "snug" around your wrist. Youth size is available for the March of Dimes and part of the pre-pack in the Operation Military Pride bands only. Child size is available for the Big Sister and Big Brother wristbands only at this time.

How do these products benefit my favorite non-profit
All products featured on our web site clearly state the percentage of proceeds from retail sales which are donated back to the specified organization. Our goal is to leverage the power of the Internet to help bring broader awareness to the public and to provide information and resources for a wide variety of causes.

Can I place an order with a Purchase Order or to be invoiced

Ordering, Payment and Billing:

How do I know if the product I want is in stock?
If the item is listed, it is available for purchase and may or may not be in stock. Some items may be on backorder and if that is the case, it will be stated clearly in the item description. For the March of Dimes Prematurity Awareness T-Shirt promotion, pre-orders will be taken and shipped out as soon as they arrive in our warehouse.

ALL ORDERS WILL NOT BE SHIPPED UNTIL COMPLETE. This is to save you money by not having to charge for multiple shipments. If we are currently waiting for stock of one or more of the items you are ordering and do not want to wait until your order is complete, please place individual orders for the back ordered items. For example, if you want to purchase a Prematurity Awareness shirt before they arrive in our warehouse and also want to order other March of Dimes products and cannot wait for them, please place two orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Payment methods: Can I order by check/cash/money order?

Order methods:
Can I order by phone/mail? Phone orders are not accepted due to security and documentation reasons. Mail orders will not be accepted for this special promotion due to the short timing of the product availability.

What is a CVV number?
The CVV number is a security code which merchants use to ensure that the cardholder is actually placing the order. On MasterCard and Visa cards, the CVV number is a three-digit code located on the back of the card, usually on the signature line, directly following the credit card number. On American Express cards, the CVV number is a four-digit code on the front of the card, located above the credit card number.

Billing:
Online orders are billed by Awareness Products Online / The Global Toy Box, Chula Vista, CA, which will appear on your credit card statement.

Fraud Notice:
Any chargebacks / disputes to credit cards without communicating with us first will be treated as Fraudulent. All details, including your original online order form, Terms and Conditions, username, IP addresses and access logs bearing your IP addresses and/or e-mail addresses and username will be forwarded to the issuing Credit Card Company (Fraud Division), FBI (Credit Card Fraud Division) and all Credit Reference Agencies which will probably result in a query into your credit card payment habits. Credit Card Fraud is a serious crime and will not be tolerated.

Shipping and Order Processing:

What are the available shipping methods, and rates?
During the ordering process you will have an option to have your products shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, FedEx Express Saver, FedEx Express Economy 2 Day, FedEx Express Standard Overnight, FedEx Priority Overnight or FedEx First Overnight. Rates are clearly stated for each product and shipping method before you check out.

Do you ship internationally?
Please note that we are unable to ship March of Dimes Awareness Bands outside of the United States and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Therefore, we will not be processing orders from other any other countries including Canada.

When do orders ship?
If the product is in inventory, orders are processed the following business day after your order is placed (excluding weekends). This allows us time to make any changes to your order, if requested. If you need to make a change to your order, please e-mail us immediately at: OrderIssues@AwarenessProductsOnline.com Please include a copy of your order confirmation with your e-mail.

If we do not encounter any problems with your credit card or shipping address, your product will ship the next business day after you order is placed, unless otherwise noted such as items on backorder.

FedEx will not deliver to PO Boxes. If you do not have a physical address please email us.

8% sales tax will be added to all California based orders.

ALL ORDERS WILL NOT BE SHIPPED UNTIL COMPLETE. This is to save you money by not having to charge for multiple shipments. If we are currently out of stock of any of the products you ordered, we will ship your entire order when the out of stock item is received at our warehouse. Back ordered items are clearly marked on our web site and indicate the estimated ship date.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Niles, Michigan, with the exception of the custom Aluminum Bracelets, which are shipped directly from the manufacturer, via USPS First Class Mail. All other orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail or via FedEx.

How long will it take to receive my order?
If you choose FedEx Next Day Air as your shipping option, your order will arrive within 2 business days from the date you placed the order unless you email is at OrderIssues@AwarenessProductsOnline.com before 3:00 PM PST the day your order is placed (Monday-Friday).

If you choose FedEx Ground, your order will arrive in 3 - 7 days (depending how far you are from our warehouse locatedin San Diego, CA).

If you choose USPS Priority Mail, your order will arrive in 2 - 4 days on average.

If you choose USPS First Class Mail, your order can take anywhere from 2 - 10 days. We do not have any control over the USPS and their speed of First Class service.

Please allow extra time if your order is being shipped to Puerto Rico, Hawaii or Alaska. We cannot guarantee or estimate delivery dates if you choose USPS, as US Mail service varies from state to state.

Tracking Information:
If you provided an accurate e-mail address during the ordering process, a tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order has been shipped. Please be sure to check your SPAM folders.

Defects, Undeliverable Orders, Returns and Exchanges:

We have a  30 day, 100% guarantee on all of our products. If your products is DEFECTIVE due the manufacturing or shipping process only, please return your item(s) within 30 days, and we will give you a full refund for your order, less shipping and handling. If an order is undeliverable and is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect mailing or ship-to addresses entered/provided during your ordering process, you will be notified and:

1) Asked to provide and/or verify mailing or shipping information and
2) Asked if you would like your order re-shipped. If you would like your order re-shipped, the prevailing shipping rate plus $7.50 will be charged to your credit card for reshipping and handling.

To exchange a product, please include a copy of your packing slip, or your name, address, order number, item number and description of the product(s) being exchanged what you want in exchange. You will be contacted once we receive your exchange and the prevailing shipping rate plus $7.50 will be charged to your credit card for reshipping and handling.
